The most breathtaking venue is St George’s Hall based in the heart of Liverpool opposite Lime Street station. It is a Grade II listed building and regarded as one of the finest buildings in the world. Built in the 1800’s and was host to numerous music festivals and in heart of the community. Prince Charles re-opened this stunning venue in 2007, after a huge refurbishment programme. Now St George’s Hall hosts exhibitions, tours, talks, events and weddings. Both of the beautiful rooms are picture prefect for any wedding no matter how big or small.
The Concert Room is perfect for an intimate wedding ceremony, whilst the Great Hall can hold upto 600 guests, plus it houses a huge pipe organ which can be played on your bridal entrance.
This is a wedding photographers dream to photograph in and around this lavish location and building. I for one have shot my most iconic images and once shown to other brides, they no doubt want me to re-create the shot for them. Here’a a few of my favourite St Georges Hall wedding photographs from the wedding venue it self and the ground behind.
