“With OVER 80 amazing positive reviews and Testimonials to date, Matthew Rycraft is currently 11th out of over 6000 UK wedding photographers & number ONE in Liverpool.”  Why?

Whenever we go on holiday we look for the best locations, best hotels, best buck for our money.. I bet the first place we go is Tripadvisor, why??

We trust them, honest reviews from real people, nothing fabricated, there’s no control on what goes onto the Tripadvisor’s website, they’re added by holidaymakers…. So why would picking a Wedding Photographer for one of the most important days of your life be any different?

The answer is it shouldn’t be.

I pride myself on the reviews I receive, I ask each of my customers to leave a review. Of course they don’t all leave reviews, we live very busy lives but the majority of mine do.  I ask myself why, well I believe the service I deliver is second to non, handheld throughout the whole process, everyone is kept in contact and on the day you just leave it to me.  I go the extra mile and put all my energy into their day on the day, so my customers do the same when I ask them to tell the world about how I was and how happy they are about their wedding photographs.

These reviews are their words not mine, recently some of the detail and length my customers have gone to give as much positive feedback as possible has been overwhelming.

Each of the reviews on my website are REAL, nothing edited, a straight feed from review site Freeindex.  With OVER 80 amazing positive reviews to date, i’m currently 11th out of over 6000 UK wedding photographers and number ONE in Liverpool.

Some photographers hand edit the reviews on their sites, maybe it is a copy and paste from an email or a thank you card, it probably is but we’ll never know.

And by the way, this is my Thank You Card Collection!

I use a direct feed from a website that can’t be edited, thats how positive I am about the service I deliver and the work I produce.

Here’s some of the most recent reviews received:

Liam and Sarah Gibb:

“We had seen Matthew in action at the weddings of friends. They highly recommended his work. We didn’t consider anyone else to photograph our wedding and booked an appointment with Matthew at his shop as soon as we had set a date. From the outset, Matt put us at ease and gave us full confidence that he would give us everything we wanted. He gave us clear guidance as to what our investment would buy us and plenty of things to go away and think about that we hadn’t considered. The exhibits on display in the shop are testament to the wide array of products Matt can offer and a flavour of some of the remarkable shots that he’s capable of making. Matthew invited us to a pre wedding shoot. This provided us with the opportunity to build a rapport and get used to taking direction from Matt, see how he works and ultimately set us for a successful wedding day. The prints we received on the back of that shoot confirmed that we had made the right choice in selecting Matt. We finalised details and timings for the big day and that eliminated any fears or concerns when you have a lot of other things going on! Matt arrived on time and fully equiped to handle any eventuality on the day. We endeavoured to stick to timings and Matt was considerate, patient and tolerant of our circumstances on the day. He maintained a positive engagement with us and at times when you needed re-focusing he shared with us glimpses of the shots that he was getting which really did help maintain or focus and attention, especially when we had been shooting for a while and when it was cold. When we weren’t being photographed directly, the presence of Matt was unnoticeable. He went about capturing the moments confidently and effectively. This really comes through in all the pictures. Our only regret is that we didn’t request Matt to share our moments later into the night. He was with us until the first dance and upon reflection, we would have loved more snaps as the party got into full swing. Upon return from honeymoon, my wife booked an appointment to see Matthew for a look at what he had captured. Again, we met at the shop and while we waited, he showed us a photo video and soundtrack. The result was unexpected and breath taking. All the emotions of a fantastic day were there. Neither of us spoke throughout and we were completely mesmorised. We briefly reviewed the stills and confirmed the album style and left it to him. We showed the video to relatives and friends and it received similar acclaim. Sensational. A few weeks later, Matt sent us the proposed album. We made a couple of amendments/suggestions and the design was complete. We opted for an acrylic fronted album and the finished item that we have received is top class and worthy of the fees that Matthew commanded. We would highly recommend Matthew to any couple that want an exceptional service.”

Jess and Louis Scarsbrook:

“From our pre-wedding shoot to the big day itself, Matt was fantastic! All of the pictures are absolutely beautiful, and the wedding album itself is out of this world! The thought that went into telling the story of our wedding day through photographs in an album was beyond expectations.”

Helen and Dean Ware:

“Matt photographed our wedding at christmas 2013 and we couldnt have been happier with our photos. Matt was so lovely to deal with, answering any questions and giving great advice and direction, both on the and prior at our meetings. The photos we got were amazing and not your standard style, we got some really individual ones. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone wanting really high quality personal wedding photos and service.”
