Featured once again in Nov 2015 with my Favourite Wedding Magazine.
I am lucky enough to be featured in a wedding magazine or online at some point throughout most months. For me this is a testament to the quality of work I produce and the amazing weddings I have the pleasure of attending. But also, testament to the years of experience and respect I have gained in this industry, but very much as a UK wedding photographer.
For this article, the editor wanted some ideas and guidance I could provide Bride and Grooms when planning their wedding and taking to wedding photographers. It can be as stressful as it is enjoyable. You know what you want for your big day, but don’t know where to start…
You know your Liverpool wedding venue, now you need your Liverpool wedding photographer. It is important to get your wedding photographer booked once you book your wedding venue. I typically get booked up 18-24 months in advance, in fact this is increasing. Brides need to guarantee availability and have peace of mind knowing they have secured the right style of wedding photographer for them.
Now, that isn’t to say that wanting to secure your wedding photographer just 6-3 months in advance means they won’t have your date. But for most of the well known wedding photographers out there, May to Sept will be booked over 12 months in advance, out of season will be hit and miss.
You have a good chance mid week but if they are anything like me where weddings are limited to 40 a year, or they don’t shoot any more than 2 on a weekend, then even if the date is free you may still be out of luck. Just plan ahead for the most important parts of your day, and in fact, wedding photography may not be one of them, and thats ok.
I work closely with Your Merseyside Wedding Magazine and I am honoured to have their support in featuring my work. Here is my latest article featured in Your Merseyside Wedding Magazine – Nov/Dec 2015 edition.
