In 2013, Signature Living acquired Albion House. This Grade II listed building formally known as the White Star Line Headquarters was transformed, still keeping it original features and steeped in history. 30 James Street Hotel was the beginning of Signature Living heritage sites. Home to Liverpool’s first Rooftop champagne bar and restaurant, Carpathia.
Then in 2014, Signature Living partnered with the Shankly family and created The Shankly Hotel. With never seen before memorabilia from the infamous Bill Shankly. This football themed hotel consists of 57 rooms plus 34 suites. As well as the famous Laurent Perrier Pool Room. Featuring the Bastion Bar and Restaurant. With 2 stunning wedding venues the Garden of Eden. Also known as Little and Big Eden. With 360 views of the city. The only Liverpool wedding venue that can boast these features.
Signatures latest hotel to join the chain is Rainhill Hall. Steeped in history this local venue has remade derelict for many ye
ars until Signature Living decided to take on the restoration, keeping its architectural features but adding a host of new wedding facilities that will rival any wedding venue in the North West. Open in mid 2020, it will feature indoor and outdoor wedding ceremony facilities. A Country Grade II listed house. It will offer historic features but in true modern Signature Style.
With this Hotel chain growing from strength to strength, they have numerous other hotels across the UK. I have been a recommend supplier for Katie Kenwright and her team at Signature since the opening of 30 James street 7 years ago. With such a long standing relationship I know exactly how they like to run their weddings and fit right in. Working with their team is an absolute pleasure. Over the years they used many of my wedding photographs around Liverpool. You would have seen lots of them I’m sure.
